How to speed up indexing in Google?

If a website's pages are constantly updated with new content, Google automatically scans them periodically. News portals can serve as an example of this. Changes in search results appear a few hours after new publications.

There are often cases when it is necessary to expedite the indexing process of website pages, such as:
  • Adding new sections or pages for products, services, articles.
  • Updating content on existing pages.
  • Creating a new website.
  • When moving a site, especially if there are changes in page URLs.

Automatic indexing can take anywhere from one week to several months. During this time, the site is not in the index and does not appear in user queries, resulting in a loss of traffic and potential revenue for the company. However, there are several methods available today to expedite the indexing process in Google
1. Google Search Console

To index a single page, enter its address in the Search Console. The system will analyze the request and inform you if the address is not in the database. Then, you will need to click the 'Request Indexing' button. If there are no errors, the process will start automatically. The timeframes are quite vague, ranging from a few hours to several weeks.

There is a set limit for manual indexing, which is no more than 15 pages daily.
2. Sitemap.xml

Sitemap files help search engines determine the location of website pages, the time of their last update, the frequency of updates, and their importance relative to other pages on the site, enabling search engines to index the site more intelligently.

The use of a Sitemap.xml is not a guarantee that web pages will be indexed by search engines.

  • A generated Sitemap or manually created Sitemap.xml file should be submitted for indexing in Google Search Console.
  • You can submit a request to change the Sitemap file at the following link:
https://www.google.com/ping?sitemap=https://fast-indexing.com/sitemap.xml

Replace https://fast-indexing.com/sitemap.xml with the path to your Sitemap file.

3. Fast Indexing Service

With the help of the Fast Indexing service, you can significantly accelerate the indexing of your website pages in Google. To use this service, you will need to provide Owner access to your resource in Google Search Console and upload a list of URLs.

The basic limit for expedited indexing is up to 2000 pages per day.

4. Links to pages

You can use website data collection services that gather information about websites. You can use them effectively to distribute the URL of your page and obtain backlinks. Examples of such services include Bulklink.org, Indexkings.com, Pingfarm.com, and Linkcentaur.com. Additionally, you can use the Mass Fast Pinger extension for Google Chrome.

Social Media

If users from other websites frequently click on the link to your page, search engine crawlers will take notice. Social media can be used to generate both paid and free traffic. A skilled SMM specialist can ensure the necessary visits to pages that have not been indexed.

YouTube

If you have your own YouTube channel, you can upload new videos with a link to the page that needs indexing. This works very effectively for channels with a large audience.
If you don't have your own account, you can arrange with other channel owners. In this case, you may need to pay or offer a reciprocal service.
